The trash, seed coats, short fibers and contaminations are removed in two stages. The pre-carding system open the fibers and removes the seed coats, trash, and short fibers through the 3 suction pipes provided at strategic location in the PRE-CARDING SYSTEM. The left over trash, seed coats, short fibers and contaminations are removed effectively by the FLAT REVERSAL SYSTEM.

Hence the machine running with PRE-CARDING SYSTEM & FLAT REVERSAL intandem gives better results than the machine running with PRE-CARDING SYSTEM alone.  This phenomenon has been proved in the latest machines that have flat reversal system. The result of which there will an improvement by way of reduction of 15 to 20%  in classimate faults and 20% in FD Cuts in Auto coner.

In our PRE-CARDING SYSTEM strips are designed to adjust to the closest possible settings to the entire width of the cylinder curvature. This will ensure excellent results than the other systems  running at present.  In other systems running at present the settings are possible only on  both sides of the cylinder that too  settings  are possible only to the highest peak of the cylinder wire tip. The flat reversal system works with PRE-CARDING SYSTEM for cotton processing and for synthetic only PRE-CARDING SYSTEM IS  sufficient.

Our Newly Designed Aerodynamic Stainless Steel Undercasing helps to open the fiber and exhale the air in a better way.  This keeps the Undercasing zone always free from dust and paves way for good working atmosphere throughout the day. Particularly this condition need to be maintained for processing fibers with low micronaire value. Since chocking of fiber is eliminated in our aerodynamic Undercasing the life span is increased.
