| 1. Apro lap Feed |
| It is a maintenance free arrangement developed by us replacing existing feed drives lap,
due to positive drive lap slaging & hank shifting is eliminated. This apron feed arrangement
can be maintained by any person and doffs rest require technical skill. |
| 2. Doffer Drive : |
| Our doffer inverter drive system will assist you in getting higher production from the existing level. In our design we have eliminated doffer gear box, traverse shaft and other connected mechanism there by reducing down time in maintaining gear boxes etc. Doffer inverter drive system with PLC panel eliminates all maintenance involved in electric components and also maintains smooth acceleration which in turn reduces CV% of this
sliver at initial stage. Because of independent drive system the doffer speed can be increased / decreased depends upon the nature of the material processed. |
| 3. Webfmaster : |
The design feature of Webf master ensures less breakages apart from immediate formation of sliver near to the crush roller. Smooth collection of web is obtained by pair of
calendar rollers made up of superior stainless steel. Higher delivery rate could be achieved
at optimum tension draft. Easy piecing is possible in our design. So prevent belt damages,
belt protection device is provided in our webf master.

| 4. Apro feed arrangement : |
While processing short fibers for O/E spinning collection of web requires extra care as the strength of sliver is considerably low. So, AE have developed Apro doff arrangement.
Since the collection of web is designed by gearless mechanism clean collection is ensured
at any speed. It is maintenance free and requires zero maintenance. |
