By installing our AE’s PRE-CARDING SYSTEM and FLAT REVERSAL SYSTEM at various mills we have time and again modified  the system based on the feedback received from valued customers and also keeping in mind the latest  technology adopted in the leading carding manufacturers like Rieter / Trumac / L.M.W. So for we have supplied 56 systems duly incorporating the latest modifications.

In AE’s retrofits like combing segment / waste control bar & knife in the Lickerin zone helps for better opening of fiber, removes the heavy seed particles, unwanted trash, removes the seeds as it is, maintains uniform cleaning efficiency and controls the black neps.

The PRE-CARDING SYSTEM  will separate fibers  and form three layers. The  bottom most layer will be long fibers. Top and middle layer will be contamination,    sead coats, trash and short fibers.
